Ihor Tsymbrovsky

Born in 1962 in Lviv. Has a secondary education in music and a higher education in architecture. Main music career started in 1995-6 with the release of the “Come, Angel” cassette in Warsaw, Poland through the label of KOKA. First music tour occurred in Berlin clubs in 1995. In the 1990’s, also performed in Ukraine and Poland. Returned to music performances in 2018 with a performance in the Berlin club “Hoppetosse”. Interest in his music emerged with the release of part of the “Come, Angel” album on vinyl in Germany. The main, full rerelease of the album happened in Vienna in 2022. In 2000 recorded a mini-album “Intermezzo”, which is currently unpublished. Throughout 2020-2025 was active in the architecture sphere. Together with Marta Tsymbrovsky, is the author of the Informational-educational Center of the Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life, the museum’s administrative building, Visitor Center of the Znesinnia Regional Landscape Park. Worked as the museum’s main architect, including in restoration work and architectural ethnography. Is a painter and poet.
